Once you have logged in to Dassport, you will be taken directly to this handy dashboard. You will find at a glance who is present, and who is responsible during the opening of the shooting association.

On this dashboard you will also find a presentation chart where you can conveniently see the total attendance per month.

1. Griffier widget

With the Griffier widget you can see who Griffier is in the Arms Room. You can also use a filter to retrieve who the clerks were in the past.

2. Board member of the day widget

On most associations, agreements have been made on which board member is the contact point for the members. This board member usually also takes care of the opening of the association and ensures that everything is ready so that members can practice their sport. This widget shows the board member who signed up for the presence app. This means that all members know directly who the contact is.

3. Presention graph widget

With this widget, you can immediately see which months are quiet and which months are very busy. You can also view previous years by using the filter.

4. Presentation widget

The presence widget allows you to see at a glance who is present at the association. Here too you can look back in the past with the filter.
