You can easily sell ammunition and borrow weapons with the Dassport Griffier app. The Registrar opens the app on the tablet and performs the sales with a few clicks. Dassport works entirely around the skills of the shooter. For example, only ammunition can be sold and weapons lent to members who have explicit permission for this. Members can then pay in cash or by debit card, and the amount can be automatically refunded if a purchase needs to be reversed. The app shows in real time who owns which weapon, making it easy to take back weapons and keep a history of sales and lent weapons.

Inventory management
Tracking inventory has never been easier
Dassport keeps track of sales made and how much ammunition is still in stock for you. If the stock falls below a certain level (set by you), you will be notified. The app also keeps track of which weapons have been lent out and what the status of the weapons are, for instance in repair or maintenance.

Attendance registerLogin immediately and see insights into who is present
For the required attendance registration, use the Dassport Presence app. Members register via the tablet upon entry and can immediately walk to the armory. The Registrar is aware of all necessary information regarding the member's permissions through the cash register system and can immediately lend the correct weapons and sell ammunition. The presence is also immediately stored in the shooting register.
In the web portal you can see in real time who is present at the association. You will also find the complete member overview, with information about the dates and times of attendance. Data and graphs can be found on the number of shootings in the past 12 months, the rights and weapon permit per member, and much more.
