You can easily sell ammunition and lend weapons with the Dassport Griffier app. This allows you to easily carry out transactions and keep track of the stock.

POS system

The Registrar opens the app on the tablet and arranges the transaction with a few clicks. Dassport works entirely on the basis of the shooter's skills. For example, ammunition can only be sold and weapons can be lent to shooters who are exempt from this.

Members can then pay in cash or by debit card, and the amount can be automatically refunded if a purchase needs to be reversed.

Insight into sales and lending

The app shows real-time who owns which weapon, makes it easy to take back weapons and keeps a history of sales and lending.

Send invoices

Invoices can also be easily sent via the app.

Inventory management

Dassport keeps track of how many sales are made and how much ammunition is still in stock for you in real time. If the stock falls below a certain level (set by you), you will receive a notification.

In addition, the app keeps track of which weapons have been loaned to whom and what the status of the weapons is, for repair or maintenance, for example.
